Playing SurfacesThis should be easy you say, but there are a few things to consider before setting out your cards. You can spend over $1000 on a Texas Hold'em Table, with drink and chip holders. You can also purchase a folding tabletop that can cost anywhere from $50 to $300. A more economical way to go would be a table covering. Even in this realm you can really go nuts. The high end would be Championship Titan Cloth , which is the #1 fabric for home or commercial. The felt is 75% wool and 25% nylon. A 7-foot felt can go for about $100 and are sold in various lengths. There is also a much cheaper alternative called speed cloth. This used to be much harder to get from some not so reputable places (AmericanGamingSupply should eat shit and die for selling 3 feet of cloth like it was 9 feet) but Amazon now has 10 Foot Section of High Quality Red Cotton Speed Cloth for $30. The most economical table covering is your general everyday tablecloth. You can pick it up in a nice green color. Regular fabrics are better than the plastic kind for game play. If you're ambitious take a ride to your local fabric shop and pick up some cheap green felt. It will cost you about $20 for a good size table. Your players will probably never know it's not the expensive kind. Here are listed some nice ones to choose from:Cover glass tabletops to avoid reflections of your cards!
