Texas Hold'em

Each player is dealt two cards face down.
Round of betting.
Three community cards are placed face up. The community cards can be used by any (and all) players.
Round of betting.
A fourth community card is placed face up (turn, or 4th street).
Round of betting.
The last community card is placed face up (river, or 5th street).
Round of betting.
The best 5 card using poker hand using a combination of a player's hole card and the 5 community cards.

A player can elect to "play the board" which means they do not use any cards from their hand.
