Dakota

Dakota is a 7-card stud variant where the player has the option of which cards the other players see. Low card in the hole is wild.

Each player is dealt 3 down cards.
Player turns one of the 3 cards up for the other players to see.
Round of betting (High Card starts the betting).
Each player is dealt a card, and turns another card up
Round of betting.
The cycle continues until each player has a total of 6 cards
Round of betting.
Each player has the option to take the last card up or down. The player must buy the option to receive the card down (usually the maximum bet size). Low card in the hole is wild.
Round of betting.
The best 5 card poker hand using wins.
